I was looking at Marvel’s future comic releases to get a good idea of who we might see aside from the MCU characters and I noticed something that might give us a hint at what X-Men (specifically what versions of them) we may get in the **initial roster **. I know we got word that X-Men will be coming as DLC, but until that’s confirmed I believe we’ll get some on the initial roster.
Lately, Marvel’s been promoting Inhumans in both comics and the Agents of Shield tv show. There’s also a new series “X-Men vs Inhumans” that’s being released right now. I have a strong feeling we can expect a few of the main characters on each side to be represented in this game, since they can’t really use the MCU to promote the rivalry due to Fox. I’m prepared to see some hype Medusa vs Storm matches right about now.
Capcom: Killer7 : Emir Parkreiner
He’s basically a copy cat character, not to mention a 13 year old black kid/halfu.
The vs series never had anything like him before. The IP is owned by
capcom and recently its said that they are in talks with the original designer
on a part 2. His powers are: absorption, subjugation, and resurrection. This dude
would be a trip and totally left field.
Marvel Rocket Raccoon: Blackjack O’Hare
Another critter would be dope to fulfill a small body team. Granted with 2 vs 2 I’m not sure
how that gimmick will play out differently. I’m seeing all types of “Birdie” style self assists with
other rabbit buddies.
If we get massive amounts of DLC? Chances in hel? Sure. I can dig it.
Yeah Saturn or June are my top picks from SG to make MvCI. I give the edge to Saturn though, he just looks better equipped to handle the madness that will be in this game.

I think Rashid and F.A.N.G have better potential as a Marvel character than a Street Fighter if you use your imagination. F.A.N.G could legit fly as part of his moveset and you could add to his poison repertoire, Rashid could take tornados to the next level, toss in Azam to Rashid’s hyper combo.
Yes and no. This Ruby does not use magic or an airship. Think of her as a “homage”, like Mike being based on irl Mike Tyson (and Balrog is the stereotype of him, if not his own thing now).
That was the girl in a bar only known as Ruby not as Ruby Heart the same character in MVC2 that has paranormal abilities and came with the magical ship that travels to parallel dimension. Probably it one of those alternate egos that appear in SF like SFZ2’s Ken stage cameo characters.
So does this game really not have any assist? How you going to have Mahvel with no assist? Where’s the hype? Hell, where’s the depth? Where’s the balance, because, assist made shitty characters much better and now they don’t have assist.
