Muncie Indiana:

Ok Guys looks like Everything is shaping up nicely for this Saturday.
We will not be running any qualifing matches for Power Up (wait for SSF4 for that)

Here is a List of what we need:
2 TV’s/LCD Monitors
3 game consoles
Fighting Games baby
recording equipment
B.Y.O.S.

these are just minimums, we have room for much more so feel free to bring any set up you like.
I have 13 outlets and a hard lined cable internet source in the room we’ll be using. So bring it all

If anyone has something they are willing to bring pls make a post in thread to let me know, or PM me, so I can add it

I’ve got and HD Vado with a mini tripod I can bring. We’ll only get about an hour and half out of before the battery is drained though. I’ll send the tourney program link to who ever wants it.

Cool Thanks Mario.

I can also Get good Sushi for 30% off from a resturant that I do some work at in the mornings.
The chef does sushi each saturday, and Its pretty choice.

It would wind up being only like $4/roll. IDK for me I’ll take sushi over pizza anyday.
But its no matter, there are many establishments within a very close proximity to me. Including a Pizza King you can see from my front window.

That would be me… I would like to have the tourney program, im bringing my laptop with me so we can organize the tourney.

i have a tv that i can bring and my ps2, wii, and/or DC. if you want i can bring the BBCS pc as well.

Bring it all we will def. have enuf room and outlets to spare.
Do you have TVC or any Wii sticks/convertors.
How bout Melty Blood for PS2, I’ve been curious to try that.

Tourney Maker link. http://download.cnet.com/ALJ-Tournament-Maker/3000-18541_4-10620462.html?tag=mncol

Thanks for the link, got it downloaded and installed.

No prob man. The other Honda player will be riding up there with me this Saturday. I’m bringing a really good Chun player too. I’m like 1 of 3 blanka players in the midwest so we should have a good variety at Paul’s Saturday.

awesome, looking forward to it. Back in San Diego, we only had like 1 chun player, and 1 blanka player, so this will be a good experience for me match up wise.

Paul, we’ll need someone to bring a ps3 stick or converter otherwise my setup will be useless. I have only one stick.

i have TVC. someone will need to bring a second stick for it, my TE is the only multi console stick currently.

melty blood is on my ps2 HD as well as 3rd strike and a few other games.

Riot Guard forgot to ask if you can bring the cables for the camera, so I can load the videos on my laptop as well. I hope the cables are usb, and I will make sure to put up all the vids on YouTube.

Paul - I’ll talk to the guys again since we didn’t catch the 6pm start time but if everyone interested comes from Fort Wayne we are looking at 2 cars and about 7-8 people total. Actually 3 or 4 of them are new to us. And our carload of 4 will be new to them. We had 2 separate Fort Wayne crews running this whole time and didn’t realize it.

Slappy - As described above for Paul I don’t know some of these guys that will probably be coming but I know we’ll have a Chun-Li, a C. Viper, a Vega (me), and our best player who switches between Ryu/Balrog/Zangief/Dhalsim/Chun-Li plus random other characters on occasion. Should be a nice variety overall. Also just curious if you play any ST/HDR? I am like the only person in Indiana that plays seriously so I just always ask everybody that is new to me.

Haha, I’ve only played HDR a couple times, sf4 is my actual first fighting game that I have taken seriously. I have played fighters in the past, but only casually, and when I say casually, I mean going to the arcade and button mashing, lol.

sounds good. All of the people will be no problem at all.
We just need people to bring some TV/Console setups.
As far as TV’s, I know that Mike “Dogworth” intends to bring one, And I have 2-3;

I would ask that the Ft. Wayne crew make an attempt to bring a TV and console plus some games of some type.

IF ANYONE HAS ANY FOLDING CHAIRS THEY CAN BRINGM THAT WOULD BE A PLUS

And to clairify this is not a tourneyment, there will be no entry fee, but we could look at it as a RANBAT of sorts leading towards the POWER UP 5v5 qualifing

This brings up an important question, and I ask this of everyon.
Assuming that you all intend to bring at least one stick of your own.

What consoles are your fight sticks compatable with?[/B

Yeah I think we should run a RanBat 1.0 at this one… looking forward to doing a little tourney, we can decide if we want to do one when everyone gets there.

Yea, it’s got a usb tab that pops out.

thanks riot,
oh and paul, i think i may be able to bring a couple of chairs, i have to ask my roommate though.
Also, you might want to put up your phone number, in case if anyone might happen to get lost, or might have trouble finding your house or something.
