I think I got my Alex from the Brazillian Mugen Team site ‘BMT’. Or it may have been in the MUGEN Fighters Guild forums. They have a release thread full of links
Also alot of the fighters out there aren’t Winmugen compatable. Which is a bummer. I’m hunting for the Gouken Sprite edit but I don’t think I’ll have any luck.

Ok, so, I’m a bit confused. Is there online support for this? I see someone say there isn’t, then someone say 2v2 is awesome. Just wanna clarify. 
Mugen is a great concept.
Support doesn’t exist in that the company that made it (elecbyte) is already dead. Support doesn’t exist in that the documentation provided with the software is very, very inadequate.
Support exists in that there are a lot of fans and fansites. If you have any questions, its likely someone out there will have an answer (probably not in english, though).
ok guys, i know just about everything in mugen except the programing part such as the CNS and CMD
