Muay Thai is actually a very interest martial art I have to say. I have seen a few movies related to that martial art. Ong Bak is actually a movie that the fighter uses the Muay Thai martial art. And the actor, Tony Jaa is a Muay Thai martial artist himself. I think the sport is quite good and it actually challenges your body to the extreme where you have to perform moves that require a high level of flexibility.
