The best thing about the Lion King ālive actionā adaptation is the fact more people than the first time around are finding out that Kimba the White Lion happened 40+ years before it and is vastly superior to Lion King.
I donāt know anyone whoās seen both that thinks kimba is better. The emotional connection people have to lion king is far better than kimba

Peoples fondness over one version over the other isnāt some strange concept. You follow a lot of the same things I do. You know this. However this isnāt a different version or an adaptation. Itās a blatant rip off and a poor imitation of a source material they refuse to acknowledge
Lion King is unabashedly a rip off of Kimba in almost every single regard. From characters to backgrounds to events, even dialogue and poses. Actors who were hired for Lion King thought the script was an adaptation of Kimba. Several artists even thought they were working on a Disney adaptation of Kimba.
One of the producers even worked in Japan at the tv station that fucking helped fomat Kimba into an anime and broadcasted it
Disney successfully did everything in their power to where the people who owned Kimba and the family of the creator couldnāt do anything about the lion king.

I never heard of Kimba until this controversy but The Lion King is clearly a rip off. Way too many of the iconic seem to be lifted straight from Kimba. The fact that they started production when Kimbaās creator died looks shady as hell.

Come on bro what? You literally said you aww lion king first. You are assuming alot, I know all about the kimba controversy for years. That doesnāt mean people are gonna have the same emotional connection because they saw one vs the other. Sometimes you just donāt connect with an adaption.
Iāve lived through remakes of all kinds sometimes the the original are better sometimes the remakes are. Almost everyone I know has liked the departed vs the original.
Recapping the bio doesnāt change the fact I just know more who liked the lion king than kimba thatās it.
