Dundalk has the magical property of being Ghetto and having Rednecks at the same time. Its outside the City of Baltimore while having parts like a inner city neighborhood.
Dundalk is also home to the Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant. You know you are in Dundalk and not some other parts of Baltimore County by the Smell Alone.

Provalone melts very well, it is just a tougher grilled cheese to make because it doesn’t melt as quickly as American. Probably want to start with your provolone slices at room temperature rather than straight out of the refrigerator.
Sadly, Government Cheese is not manufactured anymore.
