I’ve said for years now that we need to perfect the art of vasectomy reversal to 100% success rate and then make it mandatory for all boys to be vasectomized upon maturing sexually. Then, it should be mandatory for both the man and his chosen partner to pass an intelligence quotient test to have it reversed. Put an end to overpopulation, general stupidity, rampant unemployment, AND the abuse of welfare programs all in one fell swoop.
Cruel, but it probably would’ve been better if the kid just died… As it is, where’s it going now? To the same family that spawned its idiot mother? To some foster family? That kid is, barring some exceptional luck, doomed to a shitty life no matter what… :shake:
