Cinder on KI is S tier on the 1st and high on the 2nd

Kula , don’t know about KOF 2000, but in 2001, 2002, XI, XIII and probably MI2 she was high, and in some cases top tier.
I think Cinder is not in the 2nd one.
Kim is pretty solid throughout all the games he’s been in (cept for the CVS series). He was stupid broken in NGBC.

Hardly a game that Sagat is every truly bad in. Either top tier or solid mid in every game.
Wolverine also was basically a super beast in every Marvel game but people forgot about him because Marvel tournament scene only really became popular to the outside during Marvel 2. Which in that game he had TWO VERSIONS of himself and they both weren’t anywhere close to top tier. You know you suck when you’re in a game twice and still aren’t top tier.
He pretty much went back to his glory days in MVC3/UMVC3 so at least MVC3 has kept him consistent.
Sentinel was also a top tier beast for the 2 games he was in but even O.Sent in MVC3 was way nerfed from the real O.Sents.
People are saying mid because she lost her stances. Though I figure it might simply be a case of folks not getting used to her new playstyle… maybe.

Akuma, Sagat, Mags, Wolverine… was Yun any good in CvS2? I haven’t played it sadly but at least from the Capcom side I hear the top tier have Blanka, Sagat, Bison, and Sakura. just wondering if Yun is busted in that game too. he isn’t stupid busted in AE2012, but still a solid character nonetheless.
Dan and Roll (except TvC) for consistently failing. Frank West seems to be upper mid-tier in both TvC and Marvel 3 too.
Bang in Blazblue - He has gone from average, to god tier, to average to top tier. He has tools, speed, power and mixup. Solid character.
Sagat has always been pretty strong by design
Akuma, In every game aside from 3S he’s either been broken or just incredibly good.
Steve Fox has been Top Tier in every Tekken since his introduction in 4
KOF- Kula and Iori in most games
Vs series- Strider and Magneto
Soul Calibur- Alexandras
