Can they protect you from disappointment ? 
Going into the situation, I had very low hopes of getting it. No matter what, I wonāt be disappointed.

There was a guy who said that he emailed them. I wonder what they said? They are probably having a lottery on which order will actually get the sticks they have (please donāt be having a lottery like this)
I e-mailed them asking why they didnāt ship my TE stick the next day as they stated they would on amazon.com I ordered it Saturday and it SHOULD have been shipped by Monday at least (since itās a weekday), but they didnāt ship it on Monday.
They responded me with this :
As of right now we do not have tracking for this unit yet. We do not have this information from our warehouse because it could possibly go into back order. We received many orders for this and we are trying to allocate as many as we can for shipment, some might go into back order. Once we get confirmation from our warehouse we will be able to send you an email with this verification for this order. If you have any other questions please let us know.
So yea, if you ordered from BeachAudio it probably got backordered or they just donāt have the tracking unit for the fightsticks.
Update: Order on hold due to backorder. Iām giving these guys a 1 out of 5 once I receive it.
Update: my order has been cancelled (just received CSR email about it).
I got it back ordered as well. Fantastic start to this morning.

I should cancel mine too, but I will ride it out a little longer. So now I have lizardlick which I canceled, but havent gotten my money back and beach audio. So I have about $250.00 worth of stuff ordered and nothing. WTF!!! Lucky I got a fight stick SE for the time being though 
I went to my local Play N Trade, ( donāt know if any of you have any around you) and I ask the manager if they had any in stock and he called his distributer and They had two TE sticks in stock for the 360 and they are going to be at the store on friday. Me and My friend already payed for them. Lucky US. Sweet. The good thing is that PNT is a family owned game store and they only order stuff from request from customers. They said they also had alot of HRAP there too.
I got an SE stick (gamestop) as well as a TE stick yesterday at gamecrazy. Took a chance and had to travel some distance to get them. Anyways, I asked the guy at Gamecrazy if they are getting any more shipments in soon and he wasnāt sure, but is expecting to get more. I was so surprised to see the TE stick for anyone to buy (easily stood out) in stock. Apparently, theyāve had it for a week. I went ahead and bought the fightstick and a used dualshock 3 in good condition with the usb cable while I was there. Before I decided on making the trip to get it (125-150 miles) I was in a frenzy calling several gamestops/gamecrazy inquiring about the TE stick. Very first person I talk to at ebgames (Matt) told me that they were showing a store in the city I went to (Victorville) with a TE stick in stock. Called a few other places local to me with no luck, before going to the gamestop website again to get the address of all gamestops in Victorville. One store I tried to call had a busy signal (called them twice, probaly close down); another one did not have any in stock, and another one told me they had the SE stick. I thought to myself, should I get an SE fightstick for now or wait 2 weeks to get my adapter for my modded SFAC. F*** it; if what I was told earlier was true, might as well make the trip. After the ālongā trip and making a left instead of a right and traveling 8 miles on dirt road in the bonnies (I really need to update the Nav disc in my car); I back tracked to the point where I should of made a right and finally found the store that had the SE stick. As I was paying for it, I asked about the TE fightstick. Another sale associate heard the conversation and mention that a nearby GameCrazy had one. I got directions from a friend of mine over the phone and when I got there, I was lucky enough to be able to buy it. Anyways for all of you trying to get one of these, call gamestop/ebgames/gamecrazy everyday or stop by and inquire about it. Some sales associates I talk to over the phone were lazy or too busy and a couple took the time to search to see if any other stores had what I was looking for. Asked them to help you like the first person I talk to helped me. Which reminds me, when I talk to him the 2nd time I called ebgames; after finding out that the gamestop they showed had one in stock wasnāt for the console I have, he told me that the closest one that had one in stock for the PS3 was in Danville, CA (way too far for me.) I donāt know how credible this info is but FWIW it might be something to look into, for those in that area. Sorry for the long post just wanted to let you guys know that I was able to find two fight sticks, so maybe that means Madcatz is starting to ship them out just that they havenāt announce it yet. Hmm. I wonder if that listing in Danville is correct. I know I was watching the site and it said it was there, but everytime I called them, they said they had nothing.
This whole TE stick thing has honestly gotten on my damn nerves and Iām just going to suck it up with a pad until vendors actually start getting parts back in for order.
So I jumped online briefly and went to amazonās site to check on the status of the TE stick and it was available from beachaudio for a few minutes. When I clicked checkout it said this item is no longer available so my guess is I missed out yet again. The price was $170+$14.95 SH.

For some reason I donāt trust this Beach Audio Retailer. I just placed my order when there was 1 in Stock.
I just canceled it and now 5 are available.
Something seems a bit fishy.
Sounds crazy I know but my guess is someone is trying to allocate these sticks for those on the inside? :looney:
Did anybody have these shipped from Beach Audio? They are back in stock again.
A few fellas at gaf had these shipped last week so Iām hoping my order goes through.
