Notations
s. = standing
c. = crouching
d/df/f/uf/u/ub/b/db+ = direction
j. = jump
sj. = super jump
sh. = super hop (super jump then hold down)
qcf = quarter circle forward
qcb = quarter circle back
hcb = half circle back
xx = cancel into…
dash = direction+LP+HP or double tap direction

P = any Punch
K = any Kick
LP = Light Punch
LK = Light Kick
HP = Hard Punch
HK = Hard Kick
PP = both Punches
KK = both Kicks

Specials
Draw Slash = qcf+P
Dodge = LK+HK
Demon Flurry (aka Demon Dance in Demon Mode) = qcb+P
Arrow Strike = qcf+K

Hypers
Tartarus Stampede = qcf+PP
Demolisher Demon Dance = qcb+PP
Meteor Fall = qcf+KK
Hunter’s Pride (Level 3) = qcb+KK

NOTE: PLEASE TRY TO PERFORM YOUR COMBOS ON 10k HEALTH CHARACTERS FOR AN AVERAGE ON THE DAMAGE

This is my most optimal thus far. Note my use of H Arrow Strike at the end of the super to hold them in place longer for more damage.
