Tbh I’ve never heard a story about Hillary actually being a good person. She’s just very self entitled and has a bad personality to boot. Trump is a bad person too, but he seems like someone you could actually hang with maybe. But yeah, lock them both up!

You lost the election.

“Trump was elected president by the terms and conditions as established for such a race” would have been a good 3rd choice, and the only correct answer.

We has two shit ass choices, We got a Orange Shit burger on one side and a Shit Hag on the other.
Both are dangerous individuals with delusions of grandeur. One belongs in life in prison with no parole, the other should be in a mental institution till they die. You can chose who gets which end.

I keep hoping Tulsi Gabbard gets the Democratic nomination or at least Bernie, but America seems addicted to stanning, and voting for, lunatics.

Trump and Hilary where both bad. That is why i didn’t vote.

People complain about others being bad citizens because of not voting, but that’s not my fault when both options are shit.

I voted for Hillary, mainly because I believed she was the lesser of two evils. It was a shitshow election, at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if 2020 looks similar.

Again, I would pick a 3rd option that you didn’t offer. Both President Trump and Hillary survived a 2 year long investigation. Both came up empty handed and found neither had done wrong. I think that Hillary was a poor choice overall, and even the old crackpot Bernie was a more favorable choice…but the DNC was having none of that. I hated Trump at first, but he grew on me. He is what I would consider moderate when it comes to his methods.

2020 is going to be a shitshow for sure. Watching the democrats crash and burn should be entertaining.

As if I need to explain, I used to be a democrat before the party shifted away from representing the working class man. In the last 10 years they did everything they could to shift work away from the USA to 3rd world nations, while increasing taxation to support their concept of “programs”. On a side note, I recently got the largest tax return of my life…by nearly double. My wages also went up, and my weekly taxes went down. Last year was the best financial year I have ever had. I vote with my wallet, and seeing how the future is shaping up, I will continue to support our president 100%. A desire to see our leaders fail is asking for ourselves to fail as individuals.

I hate politics. It makes enemies out of friends, and is almost impolite to discuss. I do enjoy discourse, but I also hold no grudges. We each form our own opinions based on our life experiences.

There isn’t one at the elections. So no 3rd Option. Also people trying to seek the lesser evils for decades is what lead us to this mess.

Despite they are both obviously under qualified for the job. If the president has to go though a job interview instead of an election, then nether would get the job.

I agree with this.

This is the man you voted in.
Someone who failed 5th grade geography.

Most Ameicans cant even tell you where the Virgin Islands are much less what country they are apart of.

I didn’t ask for what the common American Adult knew. I am expecting the President of the United States to know all the states and territories he or she governs over. Its basic 5th grade education.
I do expect adults to have a reasonable understand of 5th grade materials
And I expect the leader of “the free world” to excell at basic education

this video has never seemed as relevant as right now:

Yea but how do you expect Americans to give a shit about “Electing a president who failed 5th grade biology” when they dont fucking know where those islands are either.

Americans don’t give a fuck about any of this.

We were talking about Geography not biology.
Last I check we held our leaders at a higher standard than the common man.

He supposed to be college educated, and he does not show it.

I gotta side with Darksakul on this one. Whether most Americans know where or what the USVI are, I think we should expect our leader to know what he governs over.

I didn’t say I disagreed with him.

we don’t really have to care though. There’s so many things and so many places that we really have to give no fucks about because we live in the United States. stuff that happens here affects what goes on in the rest of the world but not vice versa most of the time, so is good as it is to know as much as you possibly can, a lot of that is stuff that we just don’t really have to know for any particular reason.

My bad, seemed like y’all were arguing. But this is SRK, so shit gets lost in translation all the time, lol.

I guess a bigger symptom of where we are as a country is that you both are right. Our president is a fucking moron, and a lot of Americans don’t give a shit.

That wasn’t my point either. My point is if Americans don’t know and don’t care then what makes you think they give a fuck if the Pres doesn’t know? They don’t. The fact we don’t have to care is the point.
