Modding ps1 duel analog controller into arcade stick

is there away to mod a ps1 duel analog pad into a arcade stick or do i really need a duel shock 1 pad in order to do it. i have some pictures below

and the type of pad that i am talking about is this the duel analog ps1 pad that’s not a duel shock

Your Analog Sticks don’t look like the Dual Analog ones.

The SCPH-1180 right?
The Dual Analog has the Analog Sticks being concave.

Now that you know your PlayStation Controller is Dual Shock, not Dual Analog, does it solve your problem?
