Modding PCB PS3 SF4 Mad Catz TE Fightstick

Can someone point me to a place where i can buy a PCB that will go into my fight stick to get it to work on PC? If it matters, i have access to a Titan One, I also do not care about crap built into the PCB (Turbo etc). I just want to get the 10-12 buttons and joystick working.

I am running around in circles on google and when i find a tutorial, they use parts that do not exist any more. Thank you for any advice.

Cheapest option would be a zero delay encoder with .110" (Japanese) connectors. You would need to solder or add another button to the between d pad and analog inputs though (not generally an issue on PC). Upgrade option would be the Brook ps3/PS4/PC board- it has a xinput mode (nice to have on PC) and button combinations that allow input toggles without adding any buttons or soldering to the turbo panel.
