This kind, not the Real Arcade. Not sure of its actual name.
Are there any tutorials for modding this or has anyone modded one before? Planning on putting in some Sanwa quick disconnects. just as a modding project.
I got the stick open and the buttons out, the joystick itself is pretty garbage and is gonna take some physical work to get it off.
But from the looks of it the 24mm size buttons are gonna be needed. Anyone thats planning to mod this stick in the future should take note of that

That stick is ass. Crazy hard to impossible to put real parts in. Case sucks. PCB sucks. Stock parts suck. The only good thing about those is the cool three way cable being usable with an MC Cthulhu. Other than that, there isn’t anything really redeemable about that stick. Best of luck in your work though.
