Anyone got a link to a good LP? I made it all the way to the 1st Wily stage, got all the way to the boss and in a true -IWBTG fuck you game- moment the giant crab boss will instantly spawn almost in the middle of the screen it’s instant death because he knocks you into lava. The actual pattern of the boss seemed doable but by the time I got that down I fucked up a jump to another ladder and instantly died.
So far, I’ve only beat 2 bosses. What happened to my skills? 
You basically have to follow the Boss Order to beat Rainbow Man’s stage. The YoYo and the Arsenal (in one screen) is a godsend. That’s one of the things I don’t like about Mega Man is that you basically have to follow the Boss Order to stand a chance in a blind run.
I beat Nail Man & Comet Woman then went for Yo-Yo Man. Can’t even get past his stage. More trial and error I guess. Awesome game tho
Finally got around to beating Glue Man, then beat Rainbow Man. Gonna try Tank Man next.

I had no idea Glue beat Rainbow though. Guess it’s because glue doesn’t reflect light or something.
Just remember the stage layout for Rainbow Man. I beat his stage first and the others haven’t been as difficult. Well Trinitro’s I had a little issue with due to my own stupidity at the end of the level. Also dat troll during the boss fight

At wily stages now but won’t be able to play it again till Sunday.
lol. I can’t even get TO the bosses to beat them. Just sad. I liked Glue Man’s level, very creative traps

Beat Nail Man, Trinitro Man, and Comet Woman.
Gonna finish up the last 3 and press on to Wily.

Only boss I had trouble on were Glueman and Nailman. Glueman hits HARD and Nailman can be tricky with his nail lockdown. Rainbowman I didn’t see much of than to the power of glue but I’ll assume that bigass laser he does is an instant kill. I ended up having an easy time with Trinitro man. He hits hard, but his attacks are easy to avoid (and he’s weak to Rainbowman, which I should’ve seen coming. Classic water vs fire.) I had to buster Cometwoman but she’s easy if you pay attention.
This game fucks me up. Low health, lots of fast stuff that you can’t possibly react to (Rainbow Man’s stage, looking at you), stage hazards up the ass, and to top it all off, major checkpoint starvation. I consider myself to be pretty good at classic Mega Man but for this game, I’ll be waiting for easy mode.
Finally beat Yo-Yo Man after getting through his annoying stage. That’s 3 bosses down…ugh. Having fun tho, probably the hardest Megaman game I’ve every played
I can beat Castlevania 1 on 2 lives, I can beat Castlevania 3 in one life, and I can beat Shatterhand and Batman (NES) on one life!

Gradius isn’t that hard. If you manage to keep your upgrades it’s really not that bad, it’s losing your shit and having to regain what you lost in the middle of a level that makes it hard.
If you had a 1 credit run of Metal Slug 4 or Pulstar then you would have had something.
…is it just me, or are the levels pretty damn long with no checkpoints? I can’t reach a single boss!
Finally played this for a bit. Feels good, like it had MM9’s conniving level design but not nearly as vindictive.
Though I had a bit of lag playing. Anyone else?
