If you want to build your offense around having them block f.store, yes. You get a much bigger advantage by attacking with one loaded. I have much better success only storing in close when the opponent is in a un-tech state(such as after d HK or f lp+lk). This allows you to continue pressure in a situation where you have advantage. It’s worth throwing out fuhajin in close from time to time, but you get much better rewards from the meaty situations created from f. release.
Thanks alot, I was doing it pretty far away with crouch mk… in fact almost at max reach distance. I’ll keep that in mind and try to practice spacing it in the lab.
Also, I never really see Juries (lol, is this correct plural form?) using crouch mp to store to keep pressure on, is there a reason or is it preference or do people just like the fact you must be blocking low for mk?
Well cr MK does have better reach in addition to having to block low. I only use cr mp iin combos and AA. Although, I do like letting it whiff and then sweeping or cr MK after. People think they are out of range and think they can move on in. Fun little mind game.

Vega. Who I was by no means great with. I’ve never really put the time to learn any kind of links or anything, I’m a really less-than-average player when it comes to SF, but I’d like to turn that around. I know Juri’s complex, but I just like the character so much that I’m determined!
Ever since SSF4 AE hit, I’ve been fighting Yun, Yang and Fei online non-stop(lots of guys on my list have picked them up), and I’ve never been so depressed before lol. Offence is the name of the game now, so I’m probably gonna have to switch to Ultra 1, permanently, 'cause I’m struggling with Ultra 2.

Based on my early Yun sets, it seems that if I get fuhajins stored out of the gate and keep a good distance at the start, I have a fighting chance. If I get knocked down or eat an early bnb, though, it becomes all uphill from there.

ex pinwheel beats it because palm is basically a fireball. Juri can do the same with meaty fireball kick but the active time is too short (beat Guile’s flash kick once).

Hey guys I need help with the timing of FADC pinwheel into st. LK. I can get it maybe 1/10 tries with or without mashing. I know its a 1 frame link but can any of you do it 100% of the time? Plinking light kick doesnt help because it just throws.
Honestly you are much better off just letting the pinwheel go than trying to do that combo. I’d have to check the numbers, but with scaling, adding more lk to another pinwheel wont give you enough damage to justify the two bars. If you want to apply pressure with a block string, using pinwheel FADC is a very effective way to maintain pressure.
On this same note, does anyone here understand the math that goes into the information for + frames after her FADC options? I’ve also read posts where people say she is +10 or +11 after Fuhajin release FADC but I do not understand where those numbers come from.
You cancel the first active frame with a 19 frame dash, replace the recovery of a move with 19 frames and you get the +frames.
Fireball FADC is as much as +10 correct, but thats only if you use a normal after the dash, the last 2 frames of the dash are special cancelable, making it up to around +12/13. I did a massive write up on this in the Arcade Edition Documented Changes Thread, first page of it.

If it’s timed right, I think you have to block it.
