I assume you’re referring to SRK as a whole, because the last few posts suggest otherwise. Stuff like this is always niche though, I would expect most of the FG community to ignore (read: hate) this because of the source material. I’ve seen demos of Fighting Is Magic on youtube so I already knew about it, but I was honestly surprised to see a legitimate thread on it here. Although now that I think about it, there’s always been support for niche/doujin games here and many of the posters I’ve seen in this thread have supported other games that got hated on. All in all what surprises me the most is seeing MLP avatars, not that it’s a bad thing I just was not expecting it. And yes, I really do watch the show.
As for the game itself it looks promising so far. I’ll definitely give it a shot, but I can’t guarantee playing it seriously. As it is I hardly play AH3, and that’s the only fighting game I really care about.
