I’m pretty sure we’d like to go with the english pronunciation over the japanese one, unless someone can find me a recording of someone pronouncing it ‘enjil’. Also because it seems the english pronunciation seems to annoy people for completely trivial reasons, of which I am a huge fan. MWAHAHA

I think this is the first time a fighting game character having to be nerfed before it’s even 50% complete.
I’m pretty sure the dev team realized that Rainbow Dash had no supers and balanced her damage to reflect that to make her competitive at Canterlot Gardens. I wouldn’t expect her damage to remain where it is now, keeping that in mind.
Actually I would think that has probably happened to a large percentage of characters in the history of fighting games, but it’s usually behind the scenes. This is probably the first time anyone’s tried to have a tournament played of their game with only 50% finished characters though

Just got to watch the panel; I already mentioned it on the stream, but I love the new hit spark updates and it was quite funny to see that full fly unfly combos had to be removed from RD! I heard mention of Nappy having a hit box but I didn’t realise it was a gift; it definitely is the best option for a keyboard player, and another one of those “good old fans” moment
Thanks for dropping in and whatnot. It is definitely worth focusing on people who give good commentary, I’ve noticed that a lot of the people who watch streams at the various unions I game at tend to only watch the ones with their favourite commentators on, otherwise they wait for youtube and mute.

Though what’s broken with EVO Twilight is not the overhead, but rather the launcher, as it can be cancelled into pretty much almost anything on block… :\
