The middle one is Blossomforth. Don’t recognize the bottom one off the top of my head, but it’s probably just something else from the toyline.
All of the G4 pegasus pony toys are Rainbow Dash recolors, including Fluttershy. I’m actually a little disappointed by the lack of a Fluttershy palette for RD.
you bronies never cease to amaze me. when I first saw this I was thinking “omg ponies are now the new rule 34 of the internet (if it exists there will be ponies of it)” but after looking at the videos and posts I see that this looks like a good genuine fighting game with bnbs and other tech. you guys are alright in my book.
Love the Fluttershy palettes, especially the Nurse Redheart (?), Cadence, and scene-hair styles. Can’t wait to see which ones make the cut.
The fandom does tend to overextend itself at times, but I’m generally able to overlook that when there are enough really cool projects and ideas like this one, and others, being generated from it. The amount of talent that comes out for some in the community is always a nice surprise. You have great taste in Mega Man robot masters by the way.

I’m sure that someone else can do this much better than I but as far as which palettes are which ponies (some I may not recognize, know the name, etc.):
Twilight’s palettes include her mom (white/light purple), rapidash form (orange) (an episode reference), and Lyra (teal/white. And tennis shoe (never forget)
Applejack’s include: Granny Smith (green with white hair), Cheerilee (magenta), and Big Mac.
Pinkie Pie’s include: Surprise (white with blonde hair), Inkie Pie (one of the gray ones), Applebloom (yellow and red), and Allie Lane (light brown and blue hair).
Rarity includes: Fleur-dis-lis (white and pink) and Scootaloo, these are the only I’m sure are based on other ponies in the show.
Fluttershy has: Lotus Blossom (blue with pink hair), Derpy Hooves (gray with blonde hair), Cadence (pink with pink/tan hair), Carrot Top (light orange, darker orange hair), Rose Luck (tan with dark pink/light pink hair), and Nurse Redheart (white with pink hair). Also has NO (I don’t see the problem here lol) as well as the mystery number 11.
And now I realize I can recognize waaay too many ponies by appearance/name.
