That’s my roster. Yeah I need SB and SVs badly. I offered someone else Dunn for Ellsbury(still waiting for accept/reject). I’m not too high on my starting pitching so I might shop one of my top hitters for a top pitcher.
That might be a fun team, just a bunch of middle-tier SP’s that might make the jump combined with a crazy line-up. That’s like an average of 30 HR’s from each starter.
Lily/Johnson for Theriot/Ryan doesn’t sound too bad…only that Lily’s like your second best SP and he’s likely worth more to you right now than in a trade. Replacing Kelly Johnson with Theriot won’t hurt you and you need a closer, I guess…but if you got Ellsbury I don’t know if I’d do the trade anymore.
Remember that homers help you in three categories though (RBI, runs, HR) and SB’s only one.
But what do I know? Haven’t you beat me in like every fantasy league we’ve ever played together in since this site started?

Not sure how it would work out but do we have the splits to make the keeper league into a West Coast vs. East Coast thing or what? That’d be pretty nifty.

Honestly I don’t follow baseball very much. I just look at numbers and play fantasy that way lol. I wouldn’t know much of up coming prospects and all that stuff. I may have beaten you in the last 2 years(I don’t remember too much of the past), but I still don’t know baseball like you do.
Fantasy baseball is all luck to me. Either the players you draft suck or they’re good. 1 year BJ Upton hits 24 HRs and the next 9.
According to yahoo, Ray will set up Sherill. If Sherill ends up sucking, then Ray will get the closer role again.
