Yeah I see it a bit in Noob’s stance since you mentioned it, but the MK1 stance was so badass and fit for a cold remorseless killer, the way Noob/Sub Zero would slowly rock back and fourth was tight.

You know I was thinking, Raiden sent himself a message to himself in the hopes of stopping Armageddon, but isn’t Shujinko at this point in the timeline still running around mucking everything up getting the Kamidogu for Onaga? Won’t that still mess everything up later on?
I think the key here is the word “reboot.” I think they said that they aren’t starting the timeline over (???), but in one of the bigger interviews Boon specifically mentions some divergence from the original timeline (which by most fantasy time travel schemes means they’re starting the timeline over). Anything that doesn’t make sense in the timeline can probably be explained away with even more time travel and or a Crisis (DC style!).
