I’m worried they may have used shitty madcatz esque parts.
I’d like to hear them talk about who made the buttons, stick, all the parts, etc before I order.
Also, kinda a bummer that the Tournament Edition doesn’t come with the statue.
It looks easy to switch out the buttons and stick on it, at least, so if they did use cheapo parts on it, they could be switched out.

And it’s almost definitely made by Nubytech, who made the SF Anniversary edition.
Which means on one hand it shouldn’t be extremely expensive, but will be easy to swap parts out if they don’t end up being quality.
Best part is most of us MK guys already have MK sticks, so i can just buy this for collecting purposes and use my AIAB, which are the best sticks on my market (sorry Mark! <3 ) imo
I dunno, seems like with all those screws (18 :/) they might not be necessarily inviting the easy-mods.
I wouldn’t dare fuck with anything other than quick disconnects cause I aint savvy like that.

MK4 2 Player arcade control panel
After a bit of searching, I finally found a MK control panel box, to go with the MK4 control panel I’ve had for a couple months. Just need to replace the t-molding and side art with MK4. The control panel itself has been wired up for my supergun and PSX with PS3 InPin converters, Just in time for MK 2011. Thank god this game has a MK3 layout.
I also have a MKII control panel from the control panel box, if anyone is interested.

Just placed my preorder for the KE on Amazon. I like Reptile’s modern alright, but I just kouldn’t say no to having his old-skool look, as well.
Needless to say, I’m looking forward to this. Will buy the HD collection too, whenever it comes out…
All that shit is gonna eventually make it to PSN though right? So the bonuses are just early incentives for preordering from certain spots. I’d like the Reptile one myself, so long as the Best Buy one isn’t MK3 Subby. But I never ordered anything from Amazon or online site, to be shipped and received DAY OF RELEASE. So I don’t feel as secure with that as me going out to store myself day of, or especially midnight if I did reserve.
Worst thing would be if something happened to shipment or delivery truck got hijacked and I didn’t get my copy until days later. In the meantime, having to watch scrubs’ arcade/story mode playthroughs on youtube and being heated. Not meaning to sound so paranoid, but I’m likely to just have classic Scorp because there’s like 30 GaYmeStops within 10 miles of me that I can hit instantly.
Yea, most of the time the costumes and DLC stuff makes it’s way to the marketplace at a later date.
