Again, they done that before. Almost all the heroic characters didn’t return from Deadly Alliance to Deception because most of them were dead. What makes it worse for this game is that there are only a handful of heroic characters left at the end of the story. If they chose to not bring back the dead characters then the living villains will neither have to change alignments or put their differences aside to work for a common goal. That should be very easy to do with the villains that remain
Exactly. All that’s changed is the context. Hell, you even fight them at the end of MK9 even though they’re ‘dead’.
Just means the heroes are outnumbered instead of the villains being outnumbered. Might make a nice change for once. And even then, that’s if I ignore the swapping of sides that would take place as the dead heroes inevitably tell Quan Chi to suck a dick.
I wasn’t talking just heroes. I said cast. If you look at playable characters, around half the cast is dead. Or just under half. There will be a significant amount of resurrection next game.
Quan Chi did it with Scorpion, they could easily make a new character (or make Raiden an Elder God or something along those lines) to do it for others.
Though most of the deaths have been on the hero side. Aside from Khan, Shang and Motaro (maybe Noob) are the only villains that bit the dust. The others were merely KO’d or status left unaccounted for.
Sindel is also dead (again).

Too bad for you CSZ’s existence in the next MK is based upon how well he’s recieved. I don’t know where I read it but that was the plan. If people don’t like him, GGPO.
I personally want my Sub-Zero to be human. They can keep Cyber around as a what-if character like Evil Ryu and Human Smoke in post-MK2 games
Cyber Sub Zero is a nice idea for an extra. If they plan to keep him that way THEY CAN FUCK RIGHT OFF.

CSZ is purely an improvement on the original, works for me. On top of that, human smoke is pretty awesome, so yeah, we’re good.

Yomi is pretty much knowing what your opponent is going to do next and reacting correctly.
Ermac’s teleport is pissing me off. Can’t cancel into it from a jump quick fast enough -consistently-. When I get it done right it’s a easy 50% with 1 bar, so I’m tryna work it into my brain.
Ermac’s teleport is where the excessive negative edge comes in handy. You can do JK with 4, and then d,b immediately after to get JK xx teleport easily.
