MK: Deception help needed

Ok, a local store here is going to start having some tournaments between various games. Nothing really popular though, since my city is in an alternate universe the demand was for Soul Calibur 2, SVC Chaos, and MK: Deception.

I have skillz in the former two, but I need help with MK. It didn’t look all that enticing, so I didn’t buy it, also since I’d never get to play against anyone besides the comp (no XBOX live).

My request, finally… Please either give me strats or direct me to strats for the top, most broken character in the game. Someone along the lines of Geese/Zero in Chaos. If this game has a character so ridiculously overpowered.

At the moment, I only want to win, so I won’t mind who it is. Maybe I’ll have someone get it for me for Christmas, then I’ll start playing for fun.

take boraicho and press forward+x… if it hits, walk up for a free grab… you can also hit the guy for free after your grab.

its more like this…

pick noob-smoke play with smoke, grab them walk up crouch and press 1 (light punch) and grab them again!!!

repeat the process!

Bo Rai Cho: And after you get them with the free grab you walk up and press forwar+X and then grab them and then walk up and press forward+X, etc…?

Noob/Smoke: Grab them? Like with a throw? Like with Bo Rai Cho?

Once again, I hear people talking about these characters, but I’m never kept in the loop for what everyone’s talking about. sigh
