Post that legends are made up of.
I dont care to read long posts, so I’ll just call JED a douche bag.
<troll>I agree.</troll>
SC2 beta is the shiz =)
im athiest but i study things quite well.
if you’re religious, you might find this interesting

stan tenens exploration of the hebrew alphabet
http://www.meru.org/Posters/JCI.html
his site has many interesting essays.
gerjay ill read that at some point monday at work.
out of all religions i think ancient egypt had it the closest. (from what we think we know)
edit: that stan guy is onto something. i think all ancient alphabets need a SERIOUS re-examining. first thing that came to mind when i watched that was the fact that ancient egypt has over 400 hieroglyphs yet they still assign each glyph to a letter (dont ask me how). i honestly believe our understanding of ancient cultures in the mainstream is less than 0 and his findings could help people realize they don’t have it all figured out, anywhere.
I gotta get the SC2
- I know that theory of the wobble causing it has been proposed but i don’t think it’s been proven. It still can’t account for other planetary climate change, unless coincidentally other planets just happen to be wobbling the right way at the same time.
jupiter - http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/05/080522121036.htm
heres one for pluto, although they think it’s due to axis, wobble and orbit which i agree is the likely candidate. i think it’s an interesting coincidence with mars and jupiter going through the same thing. http://web.mit.edu/newsoffice/2002/pluto.html
heres an article about “star dust” and talks about a weakening of the suns magnetic field letting more dust into the inner solar system. coincidentally 2 to 3 times more dust got through to the inner solar system in the late 1990’s which was around the time of that freak heat wave in 1998 you were talking about. http://www.spaceref.com/news/viewpr.html?pid=12353
while i dont think DUST is the cause, i think our model for the sun being a nuclear reactor is wrong and there is another phenomenon responsible.
this is why - http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4773590301316220374#
thunderbolts of the god’s is an hour long documentary presenting a new model of the universe, one driven by electromagnetism instead of gravity. it convincingly destroys the current model we have for the sun and presents a new governing force in the universe.
off topic: Personally i find the idea that; the universe sprang from an atom in a single instant for no reason a bit of a stretch. forget the fact that at the heart of every black hole is a singularity (same with the big bang), and there are umpteenth blackholes in the universe. sorry but that’s a lot of mulligans.(dont even talk about dark matter and dark energy which are imo pseudo science inferred from calculations based on an incorrect model)
TLDR: ill concede #1 due to lack of long term evidence but im not convinced you’re right. seriously tho watch thunderbolts of the gods. its amazing.

The MWP is proven by historical records of incredibly unseasonable agriculture in normally impossible climates for a number of years. Also (correct me if im wrong) wasn’t greenland (now nothing close to green) discovered and named around that time, and the settlement later abandoned due to declining temperatures.
-
we’re going to have to agree to disagree here. from the evidence i’ve read there was definite cahooting within the IPCC to silence and suppress opposing conclusions and any article saying otherwise (imo) is lying. There was someone from the IPCC on the daily show explaining off the emails as “if we told you the real data you wouldn’t get it, so we made stuff up and tweaked with the numbers” what he left out was “and discredited anyone that exposed factual or conclusive errors”. then there was them cheering on the death of an opposing scientist. If you honestly investigate IPCC scandals there are a bunch. This is not something anyone would expect from a trustworthy, honest organization we’re supposed to believe is the authority on climate change.

the fact that Al gore claims he lives a carbon neutral existence because he buys carbon credits from his own company is exactly what happened in ancient egypt around the decline of their spirituality. the high priests of ancient egypt instead of promoting a life of good deeds had shifted their stance to; you could now buy salvation in the afterlife with these dolls (i think called shabti’s) and that the more bad things you did in life the more dolls you had to buy. its the same thing with carbon credits. if you have sinned by living (we all exhale CO2) then you must purchase your salvation from the high priest, or carbon credits from your world bank overlords.
quote from the article “He also agreed that there had been two periods which experienced similar warming, from 1910 to 1940 and from 1975 to 1998, but said these could be explained by natural phenomena whereas more recent warming could not.He further admitted that in the last 15 years there had been no ?statistically significant? warming, although he argued this was a blip rather than the long-term trend. And he said that the debate over whether the world could have been even warmer than now during the medieval period, when there is evidence of high temperatures in northern countries, was far from settled.”
- ok i see what you mean, but doesnt the earth releases more natural CO2 than humans could ever hope to, which leads to the release of more natural CO2?
here’s an article exposing problems in the IPCC models and their own admissions from a more than credible source - http://www.drroyspencer.com/2009/11/in-their-own-words-the-ipcc-on-climate-feedbacks/
his site is actually very informative and i would recommend really checking it out.
edit: sorry JED if my response was over the top, but i thought your post was sarcastic. ex: " i could faceroll on the keyboard and call it truth too, but i decide to read books and form my own opinion"
im sorry that you’re right wing, imo politics is nothing more than a show. there is no choice. the political paradigm is set up as another form of control to keep people fighting against themselves, like black and white, rich and poor, educated and not, east side and west, liberal or conservative. real political change is going to come from independents, not a political party. case and point obama and bush. 2 different political parties and spectrums, same policies. Basically politics is the WWF. you have these politicians who pretend to be bitter rivals but when the cameras are off, behind closed doors they pall up for a drink and make deals. i could go all the way back through history comparing presidents but i’d rather just let you do it to prove me wrong.
i dont mean to be condescending(if that’s how im coming off). i honestly believe by shattering the political paradigm people will finally get a government that once again serves their best interest.
edited again for grammer and i somehow missed your explination of #8

and theres a part 2 1 through 12
Before class attempt to try to answer some things.
-
I watched that vid a while back, awesome theories, and I’m obviously not into physics enough to know if it could even be plausible.
-
I’ll just back down on the MWP, and say that even if the MWP was warmer than today, there was not enough knowledge back then to determine the underlying cause of the temperature increases. However today the temperature rise is being linked to the greenhouse effect, while significant warming (like 1998) are attributed to strong short-term climatic changes. Global warming is a long term trend and there are many, many streams of evidence to support the claim.
-
My point was that the IPCC is just one group of scientists. There are many other organizations that have come to the same conclusions. I am telling you again, all the cahooting and what not stems from the same controversy over the hockey stick graph, which is simply one line of evidence for global warming. There are many other methods for analyzing global temperature, whose data is easily accessed, that reinforce the theory of global warming. If the IPCC doesn’t convince you, look at all the scientific societies around the world that have come to the same conclusion looking at all the data available.
-
As I said, carbon credits are NOT the way to go
-
“Professor Jones criticised those who complained he had not shared his data with them, saying they could always collate their own from publicly available material in the US. And he said the climate had not cooled until recently and then barely at all. The trend is a warming trend.”
He openly says that he sees a warming trend and suggests that others collate their own data from the multiple streams of evidence which will get them the same result. They don’t need his data, because it is not his, he just collected it from multiple sources. And this is why people have trouble with the IPCC, however, I’ll say this again, many other scientific communities have done this work themselves and have arrived at the same conclusion. The IPCC is just one of many organizations, it just so happens people are attracted to scandal and deception which is unfortunate for the IPCC.
Ugh, out of time, gotta head to class, quick attempt at answering 8).
- The global balance of CO2 has been fairly tightly regulated, however the natural mechanisms for absorbing CO2 only work up to a point. So long as industry is producing more CO2 than the natural absorption of CO2 (mainly by the oceans), there is a net increase in CO2. This is what is occuring. Yes natural CO2 is more than humans produce, yes natural CO2 is absorbed by the planet, but the system is out of balance as anthropogenic sources add more than the planet naturally absorbs, hence the increases in atmospheric CO2. This is measurable and is definitely not under debate like the temperature trends, atmospheric CO2 is rising substantially.
Okay, time for some clinical cases of sleep apnea. . .
Yeah sorry if I came off as sarcastic.
I’m also sorry that you’ve lost faith in the current political system, but know that it is definitely salvageable.
As for the left being the same as the right, well, I’ll say that if you dig deep enough…
Dig too deep, all you find is molten lava. Believe it.
everybody knows that the inside of the earth contains the city of molemen
did you guys watch 2012 already, we’re all gonna die from a flood. GAWD
-
as Einstein himself said: a good theory should be all encompassing and self evident, which i believe this model is. at least you watched it. not to mention my personal belief that the universe is one giant fractal. this theory happens to support it
-
regardless of the underlying cause there was a warmer recorded period in history than today that was not caused by anthropogenic means. this to me SUGGESTS natural causes behind our current climate change.
-
part of my disbelief stems from the fact that the IPCC is championed as the authority on climate change. there may be a number of other organizations that support their data, but there are tens of thousands of scientists that contradict their findings.
-
i dont think i need to state for everyone here that i don’t trust the government. they happen to be spearheading the cause with the help of energy and oil companies. the same companies that suppress alternative energy to keep you reliant on their energy sources and on the grid. to be perfectly honest i think this global warming movement is the energy and oil companies attempt to stay in control of our lives. this is because alternative “free energy” is IMO just around the corner and will be available for every household for pennies, which is the bane of the energy and oil companies existence. i’ve done enough research into tesla and his history to know that the biggest companies in the world CANNOT be trusted, no matter the circumstances. yea i should have told you to equip your tinfoil hat for +10 resistance to crazy but you get what you pay for. it COULD be that this problem is real and needs our immediate attention, but there are other solutions besides “reducing our carbon footprint”. that statement makes me so angry i would choke a the life out of an infant if he they said that to me. IMO what the end goals of the global warming movement are is to have complete control over the entire planet. if you can regulate CARBON you essentially regulate the world. prove me wrong.
-
so the “no significant warming since 1995 as admitted by the IPCC” is just a misleading talking point? because if the rising levels of CO2 dont match the rising level in temperature in the last 15 years i would call that a deviation from science and new models need to be applied.
-
so why cant we just plant lots of plants that soak up the most CO2? im failing to see how natural solutions can’t solve this CO2 problem. pandora anyone?
ps. sleep apnea is serious shit. i hope you’re just studying it.
i dug very deep for multiple weeks off and on. they’re both evidently linked to the same offshore banks and lobyists. who are paid by the corporations who receive money from the banks and the government, which is paid by the banks. in the grand scheme of things it mostly comes down to the IMF and world bank.
Hey everyone i know its a little late but please go pre register if youre comming to Infiltration
