Missed Guardian Heroes the first time? XBLA to receive re-release Fall 2011

Sega announced its Saturn classic Guardian Heroes from 1996 will be coming to XBLA this fall. The remake will have HD graphics, online co-op and new game modes. The versus mode will support up to 12 players online.

My boy actually put me on this about a month ago with some off-hand comment I had to grill him to come clean about, but it just got officially announced by Sega I guess. Either way, super hype, gotta get a new Box though.

Hellll YES! It looks like there won’t be a reason to keep an old Saturn system anymore. Of course this is absolutely a day-1 purchase for me.
