These are my misheards…from before the Super-Turbo-Alpha days, when Capcom’s cheap ass FINALLY got people who could pronounce these phrases so you could understand them. Anthing later than Hyper fighting isn’t what I thought they were saying, it’s what the phrase SOUNDS like.
