storm/sent
is sent better on projectile or ground as an assist for storm?
are there any good combos w/ this duo & sent on proj?
inversely, sent/storm…
projectile or variety…?
tho I think this one isnt as important as the first(I think projectile is more useful for ground control,)
variety kinda gets rid of the runaways though, and helps w/ sentinel ghetto traps/
cable is played first because even without meters he can hold his own with storm and an AAA behind him. also, cable / storm has a great DHC while storm / cable doesnt. true the counter works but isnt as practical.
as for the third character i would prefer cykes over cammy or capcom. great assist for both characters and gives openings for major damage.
damn that niggas storm is fucking everything up , can somebody explain to me how storm’s lighting attack crossup the opponent during their wakeup and as the the opponent falls out the screen? There was alot more complicated stuff that I’ve seen on it, but I guess they are all in areas of trijumping, ish, well hope somebody can answer me.
Yo can anybody see that tutorial vid by DJ-B13 on combovideos.com? It says something about a VLU player. I got it but it still doesn’t work. It’s all green =/. Now…back to Storm. I picked her up a few days ago. Just wondering…does anyone use that typhoon move where there’s a big column of wind like a hurricane? It seems kinda slow but it comboes into Hail Storm. Oh and how do you combo into LS besides LA? I need another way to combo LS because LA XX LS is way too hard on PS2.
what are storm’s best guardbreak options after you kill a character? i’ve seen something like this done before…
normal jump straight up, air-dash forward, then do a blocked jumping jab(wait a second for the guard break), then do jab, strong, LA, LS.
can your opponent eat the first jab and then block the second one? or is there a different guard break option that i should be using that will work on the hit or block?
does anyone here know of any good follow up’s with c.lk c.lk s.hk, i usually do a LA xxx LS, it’s so hard to follow up with the tri jump and hit the opposing character during fly screen…
