The story is not great, but his art is okay. You get to see Ryu get shot in the chest though, haha. Ryu Final is his best work by far.
I ended up buying that SF20:The art of SF book that we were looking at that day at Jeremy’s. It was definitely worth the $40 I paid considering they go for $80 online. Do you have any recommendations on any other Capcom art books?
Most of the official Capcom books are good. Capcom Design Works, Capcom Design Works Early Days, Megaman Official Complete Works, Vampire Graphic File and Street Fighter Eternal Challenge cover pretty much all of Capcom’s glory days. The Udon Art of… books can be hit or miss BUT YOU SHOULD ALL BUY THE UPCOMING MEGAMAN ONE BECAUSE ALBERTO IS IN THAT SHIT.
Yeah I have the Eternal Challenge one too and that is really good as well. I’ll have to keep an eye out for the Megaman one.
It will always be a mystery to me why capcom never made a serious attempt at a competitive megaman FG. All the pieces are there.
Instead they release crap after crap trying to push it into 3d. And don’t even mention power fighters.
Borders mean nothing to me and I will always consider myself a Milwaukee player.

that avengers game looks pretty amazing actually for 1995. andrew-if you stay on the p90x regimen, you will be a god in a couple of months. i don’t have the discipline to do it daily, but yeah, its unbelievably good.
90’s Marvel character designs are so bad. Ponytailed Thor, lol. Kaiser Knuckle looks like dumb fun. I used to hate on SF clones back in the day, but now I miss fgs having stereotype rosters. So many lolis nowadays. Smh, Japan.
There is a severe lack of lolis in games. The only exception is Arcana Heart which still needs a few more.

Yes yes it was. We had the arcade cab for that game at the Wal-Mart close to our house. They didn’t screw the control panel done properly so we were able to figure out we could lift the control panel and hit the button for free credits all day. Good times. The same thing happened with Combatribes and MK.
