nah, those tutorials are pretty helpful for players. he has more than just the kara throw stuff, and the fact that he shows his hands, helps a lot of new stick users. i link them as reference points all the time, when im not complaining about new stick threads

I do not speak for evo, nor am I saying that such a match would be an evo event, nor am I saying that this match should even happen since we only have one official side.
I was responding to the point that exhibition matches are somehow not a part of the scene, and that they would somehow detract from the ultimate goal of increasing player skill.
if your talking about beating japan, you have to realize that they aren’t sitting around training to beat america, they are playing each other, in tournaments, in exhibitions, in whatever. I’m sure they will take a look at certain US players and characters before evo, but on the whole, they are beating each other up to get better instead of worrying about us.
