pedoviejo:
you lost me.
I assumed, and remember quoting you about MM9 and 10.
yes MM8 looks amazing, and it’s the natural evolution of MM7, another great game, with amazing art. I won’t argue there, but the point is; Megaman 9 and Megaman 10 look like shit compared to Shovel Knight.
The gimmick was to be 8-bit for those 2 games but the general art style of the games is what I was talking about.
I mean the art style for the series overall.
This:

vs this:
Obviously with the self imposed limitations Mega Man 9 and 10 don’t look great like 8 does.
Shovel Knight… I don’t know. I know it tried to follow the NES limitations best it could so I imagine it’s less colorful. (which is what I said).
I’m waiting for the sale on that one, I don’t like to see games too much until I personally sit and play them.
So to re-cap. Mega Man’s artstyle is way better based on what we’ve been shown so far.
Im still annoyed at them picking literally the worst form of Call.
Still not interested until they bring back side-ponytail call.
They didn’t pick it. It’s what the fans voted for. We have no one to blame but ourselves.
That Mighty No. 7 transformation is fucking godlike.

I like the Call they picked. I dislike her “avoid fighting” gameplay. She needs a beam saber. Give me my Zero analog.
Shit, Roll did wonders in Megaman Powered Up with a broom.
New version of Megaman Unlimited is out (1.2):

It comes with its own Endless mode (like in MM9 and 10), Boss Rush mode, and new Whirlpool Man special stage.
His weapon looks pretty OP.

Posted in the VGG thread, but figured it would be appropriate here too:
Cool.
I wasn’t too worried anyway since this is Inticreates after all.
Sounds good, from the footage shown so far it just looked way too easy and I was worried it wouldn’t be the challenge we expect from a MM game, especially one modeled after the MMZ games which are definitely the hardest in the franchise.
The speedy lightning game play definitely seems like an improvement to the MM formula super hype for this day 1!
I don’t get the point of mega man unlimited. It looks like a platform bullet hell game. Ugh
Why can’t mega man just be simplistic yet engaging and fun title? It doesn’t need all the dumb enemy placements and hazards to be difficult or worthy of playing
that game shoiuld look at least like MM7, MM8 is the standard of what new MM games should look like. Not interested.
I’m definitely more hyped for Gunvolt than Mighty at this point.

I want both. More than I want this wretched oxygen. More than I want another lick of Dr. B’s boner-inducing megacock.
One of these things is not like the others.
At this point I’m prbably gonna skip MN9 for Gunvolt, just not that hype for it
Earlier today, Inti Creates announced a new Nintendo 3DS collaboration project called Mighty Gunvolt, featuring heroes from Mighty No.9, Azure Striker Gunvolt, and Galgun.

Some gameplay footage.
Fuck this…I’m getting a 3DS this holiday season.
FUCK. YES.
That’s what the fuck I’m talking about!
2D Jump’n and Shoot’n LIVES!!
Can I say it? I’m gonna say it…
FUCK CAPCOM.***
