In all seriousness, she looks kind of similar to Roll, but then again Beck looks kind of similar to Megaman and this game seems kind of similar to a Megaman game.
Her colors are not helping imo. Makes her look like a dead ringer for Roll, they even have the same color scheme.
I mean at the end of the day I just care about it being a good game. That’s enough for me, but since this is all there is to talk about right it’s what I’m going to talk about. I mean trust me if her finished look was announced in a game play trailer I garantee you i’d be talking about how good/bad the gameplay looks instead of what a Roll knock off Call is.
I told myself to stay away until the initial forum train wreck was over but I was drawn in like a moth to the flame. Made some very pointed/sound comments about the moderating practices, asked some questions, tried to help the volunteer mods, and lastly, got banned.
Good luck to rest of you that voice your opinions (or the bold faced truth) on the official forum that don’t praise Dina and for the excellent “work” (yes, your mighty dollars are keeping a roof over her head) she is doing there.

I mean, I’m not happy with it, but it’s definitely not a good reason to ask for a refund.
Really that’s probably the biggest problem with kickstarter, it’s not the system itself, it’s people not even trying to understand what they are giving their money for.
They should keep the money, but they should also solve this problem and show people they are worthy of the money they were given. Either get rid of Dina or, like JP companies do, teach her how to do her bloody job, release some sort of a public apology, unban everyone and start fresh. Even if you think you are on the right side, you should not keep your customers with a feeling that they can now go fuck themselves once you got their money.
If your mods aren’t doing justice by your forum you look intoo it and fix the problem.
Glad I didn’t have the money to donate then, cause I’d be upset for the people wrongfully being banned. It’s got some professionalism isues over there.
Honestly, who liked Sven when he was represented capcom? personally he came off asa dick sometimes, but he was professional about his, and addressed everyone like an adult would.
That’s my biggest gripe. They didn’t just hire a community manager, they hired someone to do a bunch of things (she’s a general Comcept employee), and clearly she sucks at the thing most important to the people who put money into this project. She won’t touch people’s questions regarding her qualifications for the Community Manager role with a 20 ft. pole because she obviously has none, save being bilingual. Whoever shoehorned her into that role has at least one of the following issues:
A.) Is complete idiot (“Hey, I know! let’s put someone who’s never even been a forum moderator in charge of managing thousands of cult-level fans of a game series this person has never played!”)
B.) Doesn’t give a crap about fan interaction (even though that was a selling point in Keiji Inafune’s Kickstarter video pitch)
On a side note, here’s an interesting/excellent video about community managers (actually predates the Might No.9 blowup):
I hope Ishikawa draws H of his Design E as well as his Aero design from the MML3 project. Maybe even draw Call F in his art style and draw H of it. The fap game ridiculous.
According to raz0r, Comcept can do whatever they like, whether it’s implementing micro transactions or turning Mighty Number 9 into a COD clone and none of you are allowed to complain because you chose to donate no one forced you. Accordingto raz0r the lesson with the Dina thing and the precedent she set is deal with it you self entitled whiny gamers! Kickstarter is not about giving people an avenue in which to have more transparency between products and their customers…NOOOOOO Kickstarter is about customers choosing which people get their money and 100% unquestioned, unchecked authority over that money.
