There hasn’t been any announcement of a delay, but there also hasn’t been any announcement of anything, so people are (rightfully) assuming it might be the case.

That was a while ago, why haven’t they hired someone new yet? Even if that where the case, that’s not really the community managers job, that would be sales and marketing, it’s their job to get word out and market the product, and release date would be part of that, that way stores know to order, Sony and Steam know to add it to this list of ques for uploading or however that works. Sales and marketing communicate these things. Community managerss job is to, you know, manage the community, which even if gamers hated her simply because she had a vagina, she handled it really badly by mocking and taunting them which simply made the situation worse, instead of managing the situation like an adult. So she wasn’t terribly good at her job anyway. I’ve seen people get fired for far far less.
This assumes someone wants the job that entails being yelled at on the internet over a game that will never release.
