Thanks Ari for Stickying this here, it’s much appreciated. I’d like to run this Saturday Afternoon/evening after SF4 or at least after the tournament starts winding down a bit so the start time is a bit flexible. TVs, PS3s, and space always come at a premium so if you guys have the first two available that we can dedicate to this event, it would help a lot. Also, if anyone has a laptop with Bracketmaker on it that they are willing to bring with that I could borrow to run this tournament, that would be hella useful and would save tons of time. I don’t have the resources that Jason has and he’s going to be going out of his mind, so lets try to help out any way we can.

I thought that this was buried, especially with the ST Arcade 3v3. Good to see this is still going down, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this doesn’t go through at EVO.

I’d like to start this as early as possible on Saturday. I realize that SF4 is going to need hella space and resouces but we’ll do our best. I see what I can do about the space, but if anyone has a ps3 and and decent TV (or 2) that they can dedicate to this event, please PM me. I’d like to know if I have these things available so I don’t have to bother Jason. I’d really like to get this done no later then 8pm if possible. If you guys have any questions or suggestions, please let me know.

I already donated my PS3 to MWC but hmm I’ll ask around to see if someone hasn’t donated one for the weekend. Can’t really help you with the TV situation but if something comes up I’ll let you know.

**The tentative plan is to start the first tournament at 2pm on Saturday 6/13. I’ll start taking sign ups at noon. ** I say tentative because we have to see what SF4 allows for space. I’m still lokking for a PS3 and a (decent) TV for this event. Can anyone hook that up for me?

Just out of curiousity what are we looking at for numbers?

I have no clue. At this point, I don’t even have any equipment to run the tournament, so yeah I hope it still happens. Originally Jason said I could use some of his gear, but with SF4 being on the same day I’m not counting on anything. I’d really like to have the tournament on Saturday given the number of tournaments already happening on Friday, and the fact that I’m not staying until Sunday.

Me too, but I understand people don’t like their stuff jacked so it makles it tough. I think a decent TV will be even tougher to come by.

As far as the T.V. goes I’ll have one there one way or the other, so you’re all set as far as a station, but if anyone can supply a t.v. for this otherwise, let me know.

Cool, thanks for your help. I’m going to bring my small, old tv because it’s the only portable one that I have. If anything, it’s a back up plan. I think we’re all set, see you this weekend-
