es indeed it’s that time once again. Mwc 5 with Pot bonuses to the winners of the 3rd strike, guilty gear singles and Gear teams and possibly marvel if interest is high enough from other regions.(TBA but expect at LEAST 200.00 and up to possibly 500.00 extra to the placers). So do you wanna get stomped out by the best of the midwest? Then holla here.

When:
Feb 17/18(presidents day weekend)

There will be a $10.00 registration fee. You only have to pay this once. So if you plan on entering multiple games then you don’t have to pay the fee multiple times.

All tournaments will be $10.00 entrance fee.

1st-70%
2nd-20%
3rd-10%

Saturday:
noon-signups begin for Guilty Gear
1pm(approx)- ggxx 3on3 tournament(200 dollar bonus to the placers)*

7pm-Tekken 5 DR*/GGXX singles signups
8pm-Tekken 5 DR*/GGXX singles*

Sunday:

noon-3rd strike signups/Mvc2 signups*
1pm-3rd strike singles(200 dollar bonus to the winners)/Mvc2

2pm-Cvs2/St Signups( ST will be on console)
3pm-Cvs2/St tourney

3pm-3s 2on2 random singups/MB signups
4pm-3s 2on2 random tournament/MB

Rules: Same rules like in every other tournament. 2outof3 double elim. 3outof5 semis, 4outof7 final. No game breaking glitches.

ATTENTION: For the Pot bonus a MINIMUM of 32 ppl must enter the tournament. While this should be no problem for ggxx and 3s. Mvc2 AND DR cats must step up and come out for this tournament. a MINIMUM of 32 ppl must enter.

Can we have a CvS2 tourney? Is that game dead now er what. I dont get out much anymore so I dunno.

I’ll play even if its single elim I dont care. Just miss that half assed fun game.

Juicy G & Part2 : I live in downers grove/lombard area. The person’s house we play at is in naperville, but hes gone for the winter. Him and his brother. Right now for the holidays theres 3 of us that play.

I kinda want to try 3S out never played it before. And i remember playing MVC2 for DC, but im sure im not that good since all i play against was the computer.

Anyone want to get some games in sometime? Meet up at College of Dupage, or someones house?

Also, is the speed played at in most games for the tournament, default speed? or is it sped up?
