Tenkaigear / Team Tennessee+Kentucky is going to host and open invitational gathering in Spring Hill / Columbia TN on Feb 2-4. We’ve got a pretty big house, quite a bit of room and overflow room if necessary, and we should be able to provide showers and crash space, and I plan on booking a nearby hotel room or 2 for quiet sleep for our drive in guests as well.
This goes out to especially all Carolina, Alabama, Atl, etc… southeast players willing to make the drive. I know it’s kinda short notice, but it’ll be good practice for FRX for some of us. Tenaki has players ranging from fairly damn good to starting playing recently. Check out www.tenkaigear.com for more info on that, but our match vids are currently WAY outdated. Some of us are a metric fuck-ton better now.
Lots of drinking, at least by me. We are and open, friendly, hospitable group of kats, so I think you’ll have a great time and great games. Some of us can offer comp in other games… 3S, CVS2, SuperTurbo, Alpha, Melty Blood, and I play and assortment of strange ass games myself, so if you wanna play it and it’d 2D, there is probably somone that will play it. There are also a few Tekken and SC3 players too. Let me know if you’ve got any questions or would like to come so we can start planning early. We should have room for about 9-12 TV setups at the house.
Yeah, we’ve got a DC and Marvel. 2 of us play, but we are scrubby, not tourney calibur by any means. If Eugune is gonna be there then there is your comp.
