I recently started reading Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure and now I’m interested in playing the fighting game.
It’s pretty fuckin rediculous. lotta broken shit, pretty fun.

After a few months of consideration and actually trying a stick out for myself (Thank you, guys!) I’ve made my decision to stick with a Dualshock pad. I invested my whole experience with fighting games (7-8 months?) on a PS3 Dualshock and it just feels too late to ever transition to anything else. I’m aware of the disadvantages of a pad compared to a stick… but, whatever. This coming paycheck, I’ll buy me a new, long awaited Dualshock pad (Red 
fresh DPad, WOO!) and I’ll also buy a good converter; that way, I won’t be such a burden with the whole console thing and I won’t be able to make any excuses for being a scrub

Guess I can’t invite ya to UFO next weekend though. Don’t think you can plug a pad into those type of cabs

i had to be in a quinceaniera once. hated it.
i had been playing fighting games for a while and on cabinets too, in Mexico there was this arcade literally next door where i loved to play tekken 3, kof, and other games(god i loved snowbros).
anyways i had been playing everything on pad since i was a kid other than the arcade, but when i found someone who also played fighting games and picked it up competitively in about half a year i found out about sticks and made the transition.
I fuckin hate the food and fuckin loathe the music lol, but it’s my niece’s birthday and I can’t just say no to going
Now that I think about it, I’ve been using nothing BUT a playstation controller since PSX days. I never owned an xbox (just played someone elses) and only spent such little time on my gamecube (compared to playstation systems). Also never owned a Wii. My first playstation was around 1999… so, 12 years of familiarity? lol plus the hundreds upon hundreds of hours I’ve spent on DMC1/3/4, Bayonetta, and Demon’s Souls… I’m just glad I don’t play many games
Unless I go on a year hiatus or some shit from my PS3, I don’t see myself making the transition at any time lol
Its up to you dude. I grew up with nothing but play station consoles too and playing Tekken with anything other than a PlayStation D-pad feels so unnatural to me. But recently I’ve been playing Street Fighter on stick, there’s still a lot I have to get used to but I feel like charge characters at least feel much more natural on a fightstick.
I hope you plan to read all of Jojo’s including Steel Ball Run. That whole series is fucking incredible. Also if you guys wanna get bodied in Jojo’s then just let me know haha, Robber Soul, Black Polnareff, and Dio ftw.
