They already have, it’s mostly hentai. I’m waiting for the inevitable celeb hacks and such. Give it time, you’ll probably stop beating off within the next year or so.
Rift isn’t officially out yet, so the best you can do is get a dev kit and some demos. And a modified fleshlight to hook up to the sex game demos.
Anywho, installed Windows 10 today. Took literally less than 25 minutes (22 i think, i started time at like 3%, shit was faster than I expected) on my SSD. Installed all my updates for drivers (catalyst, razer and something else), individually, with full reboots, in under 2 minutes.
I literally planned on getting drunk and installing Windows as usual, and I didn’t even finish one beer before it did.
Fuck Edge, it’s not terrible, though. Went right back to Chrome, I need to find out more about Edge, first.
Whats up with SmartScreen? Worth allowing to run/install, or what?
Anyone else have programs that use audio lose audio quality when they load? I mean when I load Winamp and play somthing, or any game, the audio clearly has lost bass. I can restart the program and then it’s fine, but still.
Some drivers still need to be tweaked, here and there. I lost audio completely due to shitty AMD audio drivers overwriting my legit audio drivers, when I installed Win 10.
I’m loving Win 10 btw. Haven’t really noticed anything negative at all since upgrading.
also… i removed the backupfile aka my old win 8.1 from the harddrive since that was 30 gb right thuuuuuuur.
i really hope i won’t regret it or i’m stuck with whatever microsoft throws at me with win 10. that or buy a new OS.
^ Sounds like a service that scans in the background then phones home. If that’s the case, plenty of ways to deal with it when/if it becomes problematic for people.
Found out that if you have “Use small taskbar icons” checked in the taskbar/start menu properties, the option to have a search box in the taskbar disappears. Just a heads up to anyone that wants the search box visible.
Had issues with apps using incorrect/unreadable fonts and my display calibration resetting after every restart. Fixed both issues.
Only issue I got left is Popcorn Time not finding my Xbox on the network. Worked fine in W7.
