Hey guys, there will be a pre-Evo warmup console tournament being hosted in Indianapolis, IN. All info is in the tournament thread but for quick info it is August 11 and the games are 3S, ST, CvS2, and MvC2 with a good chance of some Smash Bros., Tekken 5, and maybe GG going around too.

So far it sounds like some Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky people will come and of course several Indiana players. Since everyone in Michigan is so crazy about CvS2 (and Popoblo is coming) why don’t some of you guys come on out and see how you fare?

Hey, any **University of Michigan 3s **players here? Haha, I know it’s a longshot but I’m stranded on campus without a car. Anyway, ALL skill levels are welcome. But, since the 3s machine at Pinball Pete’s is broken (and new type…bleh), it’ll have to be on console. I’ve got an Xbox but can play on PS2 if you’ve got it. I’ll be in Ann Arbor for probably the entire year, so please don’t hesitate to PM me! Thanks.

Just out of curiosity, how many people would be down for a console tournament in the brighton howell area, the venue will probably request a cover charge, but I think we could set it up.

I’d also need people to run specific games, I’d run third strike, someone would need to run like cvs2 or whatever they want at the tournament.

I’d like to get everyone who plays in Michigan to come, date and time are not reall a concern since we can probably have it any day we want.

Just like to know what everyone thinks.

Main games would most likely be.

Third Strike, CvS2, ggxxac, mvc2 “would need someone to bring a dream cast or two”

I have approximately 4 or 5 tv’s capable of being brought.
