I have no idea who initially set up those plans. I don’t keep much tabs with the SRK people here, but figured I’d offer my assistance if needed.
I’m only there for Tekken (since I don’t play any other games). Sorry if my plans don’t match yours.
I’m not trying to hate or anything, but I didn’t see much organization on this from the get go (just a bunch of people stating that they want to go, but no action being done about it). It only took me one day to everything, so surprised how long it would take to plan this.
I kept trying to talk to rusty, and I even sent emails to everyone that I knew that was suppose to be going. And I asked them to put your email and anyone elses in there that I didnt know so we could all talk about it togther. But… It didnt go very well. From what I understood there were 7 people going(hell kolongi wasnt even on the list from when I was talking to rusty… so that woulda made 8) we were going to rent a van, and we were going to leave early friday morning, and leave late sunday night. And of course we had a hotel room. Blah whatever…
But apperently that is not the case.
Sorry to hear that. I just called Rusty up now (left him a message) to see what his plans were all about. Hopefully he’ll fill me in on what he’s done (if anything).
If I were able to stay till late Sunday night, my plan would work in your favor. But I gotz work next Monday morning and I need the sleep.

P.S planes change if u don’t like it don’t roll with, i’m not begging u to come with.Don’t relie on other people planes if u wanted to be done ur way this is not peir 1imports where shit is set up and revolve around u.

And the reason im upset is cuz from hai guys post it sounds like weve arent even being told the same thing. He said it was just you, and him and kolonji, kolonji wasnt even anywhere on the list you told me. Hell bhasakr told me he was never going in teh first place so im confused. I thought it was me, you, cullen, haiguy, brian, some guy named alex, and greg or something. So when I see what he posts, sorry but im obviously gonna get confused when no one is telling me anything or telling me something different.
Blah anyway I didnt come to fight, im just saying. Again I didnt try and force this on anyone I tried talking to you and obot multiple times asking what was going on what was the story,what my concerns were. But I wasnt getting any answers.
I was unable to make it from the start since I work on Sat. mornings. But if there’s still an open spot in one of the rooms or whatever (I’ll of course pay my share), post up and I’ll try to ask off that day and drive down. =O

Hey Matt, the Evo tournaments don’t start until Saturday. Friday is just side tournaments, I believe. However, the Saturday tournaments do start pretty early, so it’s recommended to leave very early to compensate for traffic and whatnot.
But if you can’t make it, then we’ll do our best to rep MI.
I’m Qualifying for Cvs 2 unless i get hit by a bus then it’s a no go

If you guys are leaving Saturday morning… I’ll be back to give you “practice” before you go.
I’d also prefer to change the value of our first to 10 money match from $20 bucks to $40 bucks. I will only however do it, if I get to use a Tekken stick or we could do it at Petes.
We’ll be leaving Friday afternoon unfortunately (at least I will be). Not sure what Rusty has decided on yet… slight change of plans for him few days ago.
I certainly like to see those money matches. Hit me up whenever those are gonna happen and I’ll be sure to attend.
