Just so everyone knows, there IS a tournament this saturday. The CvS2 and Tekken 5, possibly MvC2 and 3s. The entry fee this week will be $10 per person, everything else is as usual. Wuzzup everybody! I found out sum new info on the PS3! The games will cost a whopping $70 to $80!!! XBOX360 $50 to $60… Sony is using the memory stick pro duo for there PS3, 1 gig=$150. Alot of companies are pulling away from making games for PS3 because of the high difficulty level it is to put them on Blue ray disks. Also because of the difficulty level games are going to take longer to take to be released. “Pushed back” will be there motto. LOL… Like the most of us, im not millionaire so… I wont be playin a PS3 at my house! It is even rumored that it wont be released til next Christmas of 2006. I dont know why???
Gamestop’s are done reserving the XBOX360. They reached there Limit of 50,000 units. It only took 7 days! Hopefully they will be taking more reserves in the near future.

gamestops are not done reserving the xbox 360, it is just not necessarily garaunteed to be in the 1st shipment if you reserve one after today. As far as i know they have not reserved the entire initial quantity yet, i work at gamestop and they did not say that the 1st shipment was full tonight, it just is not garaunteed from now on to be in the 1st shipment, and you can still reserve one.
Obot, ill see if they can fix stuff, the showcase was working well the last time i was there though ( friday night ). The other machine seemed to be working fine as well, but the sticks still suck.
Xbox fan boy much? That’s alright though, the japanese don’t know anything about making videogames. BTW, the PS3 has a removable HD that comes with the system attached to that 465 dollar price.
Can we start hating on the Nintendo Revolution next? I hope people determine which system is “best” when the games come out, because that’s really the most important thing.
One button on one side was causing problems… but seriously dude, I haven’t had issues with the sticks before. People keep telling me they have issues, but most of the people who are known for their execution, Juan, TKK, me, and Kolonji don’t have issues with the sticks. Its hard to take Julian’s cries about sticks seriously because since when does he do anything that requires alot of execution? The sticks at Petes are 324523234324 times better than the CvS2 sticks at Wizzards, and people were told to just “deal with those sticks” because “thats how they are”.

What good is an XBox to those of us that don’t like 1st person shooters? I’m really enjoying my Xbox drink coaster…my fault though, I keep buying the thing hoping there are other games coming in the future, so far…nil. I was saving it for Xyanide, which by the way was never released. The rest of the games for it I all ready play on PS2. People play GGXX Reload on XBox, but the game was already on the PS2 almost 2 years prior so whats the big deal? XBox 360 will have changable skins, and when you turn the unit on you can see a customized screen of your face…again big deal, already have that now ala Senator Ivy.
I don’t know…I probably will get one, but I’mm afraid I’ll probably get burned again. At least the japanese still make Gradius and R-Type shooters which is what I enjoy most.
There are a few enjoyable games on X-Box. It may live off Halo alone but there are many more games that are exclusive to the box. Try Ninja Gaiden, Jade Empire, and Fable. The replay value on those games are worth it. That’s if you like action games though. You can play Fable and Jade Empire many times over cause you can choose different paths, sort of create your own story.
Well GGXX Reload only came to the Japanese PS2. The Xbox one did come to the states, online and was only 30bucks. Just a statement Robo not attacking you :karate:
One thing though is look how video games have changed over the course of the years. Seems like a big change from the Atari days. I say hold onto the Dreamcast who knows when the Japs will release another good shooter on that system. As of yet I haven’t decided to get the Xbox360 or any other next gen system.

I want to know what the hell is up with Xyanide, too. I know there’s a demo for nokia phones out there, as it was supposed to come to N-gage, GBA, and Xbox…and now I don’t see a date for any of them. Nevertheless in japan, about all they have for shooters is like, Shikigami no Shiro and Shikigami 2, which are both on US ps2.
Your right about two things… 1)yes I am a xbox fan. (but im no boy!) 2) the games do make the system… since the xbox360 comes out 6 months to a year b4 every other system means there next gen game library will be bigger the the others (notice i said “next gen game”) just like ps2 to xbox. Since its microsoft, they dont have to worry bout money problems like the poor sega Dreamcast. :sad: Im not telling you to buy a xbox360 cause I probably wont play with you on live anyway, im not tryin to premote microsoft either (like they need any more money).
