Lol well my car works… But it needs a new transmission… So i dont want to just go and drive it needlessly(I guess that might sound rude but it wasnt ment like that) Also for a “new” car let me just say I got fucking screwed over on it, battery dieing first month I had the car, break needing to be replaced, amoung other things, my car was even vandalized twice… I accutualy want to sell my car sorta, I mean techinqly I dont drive it very much so its not old at all, but then its like I know it turned out to be a peice of shit… So… I dont think I have the right kinda concious to sell it…
Anyway for going to FNG I dunno maybe one day but honestly its like I just dont have enough reason to go, I wouldnt mind playing fighters history and stuff, but stuff like GG obviously I dont know how good you are, but theres not much reason for me to travel period for GG unless I know for sure someone is at least decent and I dont know… Plus I dont really play the game anymore, so I want to know that its worth it ya know…
Plus of course realize im a girl, and detroit scares me, and after that time eugene went to FNG and his car was stolen and then giving back to him the next day(or something random as hell like that), im scared to go. =[
I dunno maybe when slash comes out or something MI will all get togther at some time… or if possible i know everyone has lives maybe some of the FNG guys could come to some GG tournments or something that go on around… Again everyone has a life i know that, but if I knew someone was good, I would of course want to play them.

Believe me Clayton, Tim IS good.
I suck at GGXX, but enjoy it anyway. Tim beats me on a regular basis no sweat, but he beats everyone at FNG consistantly, and some of these guys (like Techno, Eugene, Clarence, etc.) are pretty dam good.

Tim also plays very well with every single character on the game…a feat I haven’t seen anyone one this thread boast. You might slaughter Tim, I don’t know…he may suprise you with a character you don’t play well against…again, I dunno.
I recall you saying you went somewhere and lost to someone, on GGXX. How do you know he (Tim) might be one of those surprises. Arrogant attitude my friend…and I say that with respect to your skillz.
As for your fear of Detroit, I cannot comment. You live in Brighton, correct? I’m a black guy, I have lived in Detroit all my life. I have been a victim of automobile theft, home invasion, armed robbery, etc. Each of these events took place in Detroit, so you might have a point about large urban area like Detroit being dangerous, however I have survived. Car theft is a reality, nobody likes to have their car stolen, but thats what insurance is for. Sure Eugene’s car was stolen, but he had insurance…and I think he has a shiny new car now. When Eugene’s car was stolen, did he tell you how we all rallied around him in support? Did he tell you when his car was located, I went and sat on it (watched it) untill he was able to come retrieve it? Did he also tell you I drove him to the police station where I met his wonderful mother and then followed him home in my own vehicle to make sure he made it home safely? Yup, us big ol’ bad Detroiters and FNG’ers did that. Do you think if you came here, we would not support you…just leave you hangin’? Hell no.

Hate to correct the situation, but my Neon got stolen at The Butterfly; another arcade that’s nowhere near Robotron’s house. It was found near his area which is the only relevance of that unfortunate story.
Nothing has ever happened to me, or anyone that I know of, while visiting Robotron.

I think the Butterfly Arcade is in either Warren, Centerline or Sterling Hts. Michigan, Clayton (where the actual theft took place).

Lol I think maybe your talkign about that ohio tourny I lost to kenji, kenji isnt like some random player, he is good and has won many tourments in his time he just like never beats me basicly, and I was pretty pissed that I lost to him. Like I said I dunno how good you guys are, you could be good, but I need like proof, I know it sounds rude, but I dont even play games anymore, I need to know someone is good for sure. I know you say the people there are good, but from me personaly from all the traveling ive done in teh us for GG, very few people are acctualy any good at game even if they say they are. Hell ive prooved it before, I stopped playing games over a year ago, and since that time enterd a few random tournies and still won with no practice against people that are considered good players from what they have “prooven”. So… I dunno…
Like im not trying to come off rude sorry if it is, but it just needs to be worth it, maybe once slash comes out and everyone is excited about the game and then somehow michigan throws a tourny for it and if all these guys make it and I can see that they have some skill ok then I would be like hrmm I migth want to play these guys to see what they can do for real.
