Wellp, SC3 sucks ass. They simplified the entire system, feels like most characters only have half of what was previously available. The animations are jank, there’s slowdown, and the entire system favors new and novelty players.
I guess this is Technically Soul Edge 4, so it looks like Namco just can’t make a good 4.

Yeah, I ca’t believe how much they fucked it up. It is like they wanted to go back to the simplicity of SC1, but couldn’t even manage that. Ivy’s got a bunch of jank attacks, and a ton of new shitty whip crap that looks terribly animated. The only characters I play that they didn’t royally fuck up are Maxi, who is shittier in the way of rearranged attacks, but has a fuckton more hits in the air (and unfortunate automatic sidesteps?!) Astaroth, who’s basically been simplified to FF+A,FF+B,DBA,A repeat WHOOPS THEY BE DEAD! and Cervantes, who seems to be almost exactly the same. Yoshimitsu has been weirded out, and Nightmare is just a fucking joke.
Adding a taunt to every character was some dumb shit too. Asalamalaikum or whatever the fuck the guy is is pretty god damned stupid too.
Overall the game just god damned sucks. At least tekken got a great tag game before their shitty version. 
Hopefully the next one returns to the quality of 2; I read for “heavy revisions before further releases.” as it stands, the game seems like they “fixed” it the same way they “fixed” Kabal in MK3. Oh he’s too powerful? Well, now he’s nothing, and everyone else is all over the place.

9pm, mostly. The lady I currently see normally likes to visit prior to FNG…so it starts late. Remember look at the board before coming…to make sure if FNG is still on. Sometimes I “roll” cancel at the last minute. If SRK is down (happens a lot) call, call, call me first b4 leaving to come here. There’s nothing worse than making the trip here…only to get turned away.

Man, Galaxy Fight was fun as hell…I don’t know why peeps hate on that game so much.
Anyway, PiMacleod was pretty cool, I really didn’t see how well he did, I was in the kitchen on GGXX at the time. Everybody got down, especially Jin and MOK. Deity was busy on KOF and N3 too. 4 player N3 is always fun…when actual fighting takes place. LOL, Uber was a beast with Karnov on FHD. Biz plays GGXX now! His Jam, Jams!!!
