This may be the case for you!!! but VDO lost his reignin title in 3S the tourney that was in 2001 he couldn’t come to (as being the champ before that he had to give it up) cause of work,There however was another one after that In May of 2002 and him and the at the time champion (EGB) was both in VDO didn’t come top 5 I don’t think.However EGB came first,After that there was another tourney in 3S EGB wasn’t there but VDO was and I won that one makin me the champ and so on and so on and so on.
This is all so BAD considering 3S is now at it’s highest level of play in the USA,this is the very best time to get good at the game (JULIAN DID) Ohh and he played Yun at first,After going to 2002 midwest he saw it was a reason to get good so he started using ken (HOT SHIT) anyway ofcourse after you use the best character then you see what the others can do (remember him with R4sagat) So now he uses Alex,Dudley and I’ve even seen Ryu.

Nobody has EVER said anything about banning an entire game over a glitch…just banning the glitch itself…for example “RC”.
So I don’t really know what you meant by that statement.
I’m bored with the subject of RC…it was interesting when people talked about it intelligently, but now its boring. None of us programmed CVS2 or knows who did. So I guess we will never know what the creators of the game intended. I based my arguments on articles and faqs of which I provided some documented proof…I’m not sure what the rest of you are basing your theories on other than rolling dice, fortune telling, hairs on the back of your neck, etc.
Bottom line is:
The people who like RC will continue to use it.
The people who don’t like RC will probably continue to dislike it.
The smart people (like Ali Vegas) won’t care one way or the other.
I think thats the category I will put myself in.

Pong had a glitch that let you knock the ball up to a point where it was impossible to return. Although, unlike RCs, Atari fixed the glitch in the next run of the game.
