I’ve also had little success finding out about any job positions. Oh well, i’m excited at the idea of an arcade so close to work.

Ok so the new Tilt is officially open as of yesterday (Monday). I checked it out and they seem to be going the tourist route to start. A lot of redemption games, racers and shooters with some random stuff like pinball, etc. mixed in. They also have about 6-8(?) dance pads. Most of their games are older games.
So far the fighters I saw was Tekken 4, Tekken 5 DR, SvC Chaos and MvC2 (in an upright) and I might be missing one…They are by no means done bringing in games, they still have more in the weeks to come (from what I’ve heard, didn’t talk to any of the managers). So far they only opened the P1 section, they still have another space (formerly Digital Solutions/Microsoft SF).
I believe they are still hiring for those of you that are interested. I saw a bunch of crewmembers getting oriented and a couple ppl picking up applications.

tekken 4 in one of those old 42 inch projection tv cabs for time crisis 1: 50 cents
t5dr in a new arcade cabinet, w/ card capability, red buttons and sticks: 50 cents, best 2/3 rounds
mvc2, 8 ways (but someone told me theyre getting a bigger cabinet since it pulls crowds): 50 cents
now if they got vf5…id go often.
I believe you were misinformed reguarding initial D. I heard that from other people too surprisingly.
Their mvc2 is going in a showcase cabinet.
The extra room that is not open yet is going to be all cranes.
There should be more games there next week.

Dude I went there today, it’s fuckin niiiiiice, and it’s runnin on tokens…so far no 3S but I’m pretty sure it’s on it’s way …I mean they can’t honestly expect anyone to play SvC Chaos right?

At what point should we introduce the management to SRK, and specifically this thread, as a means of monitoring feedback from the fighting game community? RimRattler, you seem involved in the process. Has the issue come up? Should we wait until the space is more fully developed? It would be nice to find an arrangement like OCE for RNC where the techs can respond to repair requests via the thread.
