.Metal.

Been on a Rajas kick for a few months now:
https://youtu.be/RyEJr9ZId28

been a while since I listened to Konkhra, first Danish death metal band I ever listened

2:08 :rock_on:

Iā€™m listening to the last few Stratovarius albums, and they sound like they have a new found energy to them, which is really exciting. Kicking Tolkki out really did wonders for their creativity, because the last few albums with him showed the band really, really stagnating.

Iā€™m trying to book for Black Sabbath The End tour and apparently their only UK date so far is June 11th at Download Festival 2016? Surely that canā€™t be right? Surely Black Sabbath deserve their own event in their own home country?

Got my copy of Mechinaā€™s new album, "Progenitor"
I like how their sound has evolved, it always maintains the djent and orchestral feel, but it seems to be more cohesive and clean since ā€œTo Coexist is to Surrenderā€.
It manages to deliver the cinematic and operatic feel that Joe Tiberi wants for his epic story that is the foundation for each album.

I would even say that they are managing to sound like a metal version of 2 steps from hell with each album that they release now.

holy shit, Morbid Saint are reunited. Old skool thrash

havenā€™t paid much attention to Holy Moses, but I really like this song

Just saw Nightwish with Sonata Arctica and Delain in Kansas City. Seeing NW and Sonata at the same concert is something Iā€™ve wanted to happen since like 2001. It was an awesome show. Only complaint sonataā€™s set was to short.

Saw NW with Sabaton/Delain last year. Sabaton absolutely killed at that show. They got a better reaction from the crowd than NW

old skool thrash

this ainā€™t metal, but if you listen to black metal and the like you maybe you like viking tunes and stuff. This is from the band who does the OST for that show Vikings

I didnā€™t know metallica was remastering kill 'em all and ride the lightning

So thereā€™s this game Slain on steam and on PS4 soon that looks very metal

So I totally missed when Dracena released their latest EP. Someone posted a link for the mp3 files if interested. Blackened thrash/death metal, kinda old-school sound.

I have been listening Ihsahnā€™s new album
I like the whole athmospheric feeling that it has. It is perhaps my favorite album from them so far. My only complain would be that some songs are too short
