MGO1 Revival was super unstable. I blame it being played on three different platforms at once. I found the timer in CAP was always running in a very unusual fashion, so I think it’s linked to a number of elapsed frames. So people playing on PCSX2 at a greater FPS than a PS2/PS3 would do, would cause the timer to elapse too quickly, assuming they were the host or something, I’m not sure. In my head, it doesn’t sound like that’s how it should work, but it was my best inference as to why the CAP timer would occasionally go batshit insane.
