I like the demo, was really nice of them to throw in the ZOE HD collection with it…
but…
Did Raiden borrow some costumes from Bayo? Cuz those are some serious high heels:wonder:
“It’s at this point that the game introduces another layer to the combat system–the special weapon. You earn Mistral’s polearm after vanquishing her, and this item can eventually be used in conjunction with your primary weapon and unlock new skills and abilities. You can also pick up other items like a rocket launcher or grenades, and in typical Metal Gear fashion you can equip these on-the-fly by bringing up a menu at any point during the mission.”

“If you get overwhelmed by the campaign, you can always hone your skills in the VR Missions. These are unlocked by finding secret intel boxes hidden throughout each level in the game. In typical Metal Gear fashion, you’re ranked based on how quickly you complete your objective, which can be as easy as taking out every enemy. The tasks get increasingly more difficult, some of which throw you a curveball with odd restrictions.”
really would like a Wii U version simply because my 360 is super noisy and I am not going to renew a 1yr subscription of Live for any more than $19.99 (random, I know)!
I think this game should come to WiiU. I’m not into the console war BS I think good games should be available for all consoles, as long as the system has the specs required.
Something tells me it’s a costume, but a weapon is not out of the question either.
It’s going to be interesting to see Raiden use other weapons and what his new strings and attacks will look like. The weapons in Bayonetta were really diverse and interesting to use, I don’t expect any less in MGR.
Its hard to imagine what they can come up with. It would be cool for Raiden to dual wield two high frequency katanas, like Dragon’s Claw & Tiger’s Fang from Ninja Gaiden.
