Kick his ass hard enough and you’ll hear it. I think it’s when you destroy his shields or when you parry him perfectly.
Alright, got to the Armstrong fight right after you beat the robot. Heading to bed so I can wake up to a fresh cup or possible rage. Fuck yeah revergeance.

If you can easily beat Armstrong on the lower difficulties he should be easy on Revengeance. Hell, I honestly find him harder and longer on the lower difficulties just because of how he rarely does his QTE charge and just does his stupid throw shit that does 20% to him.

IIRC, he was still human then. It wasn’t until after that when he became a cyborg.

Human Grey Fox can still be a beast. Honestly, I’d just really like them to re-visit that era of MGS in any way, I think it’d be great.

Just finished up getting all S’ on Revengeance. Holy fuck, what a rush. I think that in an action game, the amount of control you feel you have while in the most difficult parts kind of tells you how well the game is made. That’s how I felt about Devil May Cry 3 and Vanquish, which were my favorite action games, in the 3D era. I completely believe Revengeance has that good balance of control in chaos, where if you know what to do, and you don’t make any mistakes, you are really rewarded and will really enjoy your experience.

Haha I was just in shock after getting owned in the prologue by the 2 Bladewolves. They actually knocked me through the fence area and initiated the boss fight without me having to finish them off.

Then I ran into one of Metal Gear Ray’s beams and lost 50% and died.

So what’s the deal with Fox Blade-2 Upgrade? I’m on very hard and this sword one shots everything that isn’t a boss. Is this weapon a cheat or legit? Thinking of switching back to HF Blade.

Don’t use it unless you want to just make the game a joke.

So for S Rank, since everything is in Rage Mode and bullets everywhere, is there some leniency with the damage or you have to get absolutely no damage?
