I don’t really like Drebin points. They kind of make comebacks harder for the losing team and keeps matches uneven. I love the D.E., though. Man, that gun is SO good.
EDIT: For you stun knife players, I was playing some dude this morning (named ElementDuck) who was using a Stun Knife with a Shield. Fool was murking everyone, and it would take two or three of us to take him down, so that’s a combo you might want to think about.
And fuck anyone who uses the RPG-7. I got team killed a bunch of times with that shit because some fucking dumbass thought he would be slick and try to snipe the guy I was sneaking up on with it.
Okay, so it looks like I have to wait 157 more hours before I can change our emblem. Damn. Guess we’re going to roll with the placeholder for a few days.
I wish they would include some nicer handguns in non-DP modes. I would totally drop the assault rifle if I could just use something a little better than the GSR.

then some lag bullshit that has you killed by the same person RIGHT when you spawn ruining your setup

I was trying different things in those rounds… the shield + knife tactic… learning the shotgun. The shotgun is a beast up close but anywhere out of the auto aim zone it’s useless. But it kills in two hits most of the time and will stun the opponent for half a sec.
Got Lvl 3 throwing and it still only costs 1 to have it in there… I love grenades !!! The white phosphorus is a beast.

Only got to play for a bit this evening, but how do you setup knife + shield simultaneously? Can you even have a shield and another weapon equipped at the same time period?
What I was doing was keeping shield in slot 1, then knife in slot 2. Run up to the opponent with the shield and when you are very close switch to the knife then L1 + R2 and you’ll stun them, then crouch and knife to death. If there are too many people around just stun the person then run, or one-slash kill them.
I like how I’m basically playing this game like it’s Call of Duty 4. I set my FPS mode to memory, and can pretty much get headshots half of the time. I pretty much don’t use auto-aim and 3rd person mode anymore.
This feature made the game ALOT better for me. And I’ve gotten use to the somewhat slow speed. Still haven’t found a use for hiding behind cover with Triangle tho.

Anyway, I was playing around with some skills earlier tonight during some slower matches, and I have to say that Fast Movement 2 is not nearly enough of an improvement over Fast Movement 1 to warrant taking up the extra slot. However, Enhanced Lock-On 2 was pretty fucking good. I might end up using that.
i never used the auto aim yet so i ended up trying assault rifles 3, fast move 1.
besides throw, are there any other skills that only take 1 slot at level 3?
Sometimes auto aim is usefull when you’re close to an enemy and they’re behind you. Switch it on and it will auto point to the bad guy and take good damage. With the shotgun it’s essential.
